Jodie & Rupert

Jodie & Ruperts wedding was set at a their family home in rural Northumberland, using the local Brinkburn Priory as their ceremonial setting. A beautiful location next to the river with a separate unrestored Manor House, which we used for some our more intimate pictures of the day. The exposed floorboards & stone walls brought so much character which really enhanced the rustic style of my photography. The rich history & stillness in this beautiful building can be felt in their photographs, and gave us the perfect setting to play with some motion blur, which Jodie had mentioned to me in our consultation. The results speak for themselves. Poetry in motion. They remain some of my most treasured wedding photos to date.

The rest of their album was captured on their family estate, a flower meadow in the field adjacent & a small wooded area. From there, the party got underway early with everyone hitting the dancefloor during the bands soundcheck! The collective love for this beautiful couple radiated all weekend long. I only wish we could do it all again.
